Citroën C3 accessories are too numerous to count, there is something for all types of customers
Before its launch on July 20, the list of accessories for the Citroën C3 list has been leaked and it is simply brilliant. The French automaker offers too many accessories to count, including an air purifier, which further enhances the appeal of the compact SUV.
To begin with, Citroën prepares a wide variety of accessories under 4 packages – Convenience, Vibe, Elegance and Energy. While Vibe, Elegance and Energy contain exterior accessories, Convenience contains interior accessories. In addition to these packs, customers can also choose from a basic list of accessories.
Convenience Pack includes interior accessories including neck rest, lumbar cushion, black cabin carpet and floor mat, rear sun visor, cabin sun visor, velor seat belt cushion , leather steering wheel cover, black trunk mat and carpet and mud flaps.
The Vibe Pack includes exterior accessories including a fog lamp kit, touch fog lamp, body side moldings and touch rear reflector.
Likewise, the Elegance Pack contains a chrome rear reflector, chrome indicator bezel, chrome exterior tail lamp, chrome beltline molding (window trim), chrome fog lamp, chrome bumper, insert chrome side molding and chrome door handles.
The Energy Pack also includes exterior accessories including a rear spoiler, front skid plate, rear skid plate, wheel arch liner and weather shield visors.
Other basic accessories are electronic horn, alarm system, trash door cup holder, bumper corner protector, speakers, air purifier, body cover, emergency tools, infotainment system touch screen protection, dual usb charger, rear seat organizer, 2 din system audio, door edge protection, jump starter, engine, door sill guards, RVC harness and parcel tray.
In total, there are 44 accessories for the Citroën C3, enough to make every customer stand out from the crowd. The company offered crazy accessories like the electronic horn, jump starter and 2 DIN audio system in addition to the air purifier.
The compact SUV will be available in a choice of 6 colours: Zest Orange, Platinum Grey, Polar White, Steel Grey, Two-Tone Platinum Gray and Two-Tone Zest Orange. There will also be 2 interior trims to choose from – Anodized Gray and Zesty Orange.
The French automaker claimed to have achieved 90% localization for the car with most suppliers within 50km of its Chennai plant. He further said that the entry level model in his portfolio has been tested across the country for over 25 lakh km.
The C3 undergoes 250 quality checks during production according to the company. During the previous reveal, the brand also launched what it calls “Citroen Service Promise” with 7 features.
They include anytime, anywhere access, virtual remote diagnosis, scheduled service/maintenance with pickup and drop-off, 180-minute RSA warranty, remote service job card opening, a service cost estimator on the website and 24-hour availability of genuine spare parts.
The interesting aspect to note here is the expected price of the C3. Sources say this would result in an ex-showroom starting price of just over Rs. 5.5 lakhs undermining even the affordable Nissan Magnite.
