A transport of 61 handbags and 21 pieces of clothing worth around £2,000 was stolen from a store in Bournemouth town centre.
Police are continuing to investigate the incident, which allegedly involved two women picking out items, taking them into the locker room and later leaving without attempting to pay.
The shoplifting took place at River Island on Commercial Road at around 1.50pm on Wednesday March 30.
Two women are said to have left the store with a large bag believed to contain the clothes and handbags.
Staff reported that 61 handbags and 21 items of clothing had been removed from the store, worth around £2,000.
Dorset Police released CCTV footage of people they would like to speak with as part of their investigation on the afternoon of Tuesday May 24.
Police Community Support Investigator Rich Frew of Dorset Police said: ‘It appears to have been a planned operation by these two women, who appeared to be working together.
He said anyone who recognized the people in the footage should contact Dorset Police.
